Refund policy
At Homevera, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.
15-Day Return Policy:
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.
To start a return, contact us at support@homevera.eu with your order details and reason for the return.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
Email us at support@homevera.eu within 15 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue along with your order details.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return the eligible product according to this policy and place a new order.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
